Add error XML and JSON detail URL to the downloadable CSV

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?

An error log can be downloaded as a CSV but it only contains the URL of the 
error detail HTML page. Consider also adding links to the error details in XML 
and JSON formats available already today.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?

It would make writing archival, export and analysis tools simple. The URL to 
the XML and JSON are not directly provided in the CSV today and would require a 
tool to first download the HTML, sniff out the links to the XML or JSON link 
and then visit that link to get more structured formats. This enhancement would 
require fewer roundtrips.
