Description

代码中定义了defaultColWidth=9.140625及defaultRowHeight=15，但在Linux中，WPS定义为9、14.25，libreoffice定义为11.53515625、12.8。excelize获取这两个软件新建的xlsx列宽和行高不正确。

Thanks for your issue. This issue duplicate with #212, #260, and #261, the row height and column width is affected by different screen resolutions and can't be accurately calculated, that maybe be a difference under different device, operation system settings, and spreadsheet application.
