[Wishlist] Peer relevance column

2 new columns are needed:
*1 in the peer tab of each individual torrent showing the relevance of each peer (thats the number of pieces they can provide you)

*2 in the main downloading window, an availability column, showing the leechers total availability of the swarm. so far we can only get that info in the general tab when the torrent is downloading.

Can you also add this feature to the WebUI?

This is especially useful for torrents with no seeders, but the peers have enough pieces to assemble a full torrent, and bring the torrent back to life.

Why the WebUI? I use Linux as my torrent box and don't want to run a GUI. I also like to manage my torrents remotely.
