Ahh... I mean, could you please tell me the number (or index) of the ground truth image? you know, it's really a hard work to check all the dataset images...... I would be very appreciate if you could tell me that. Thank you :-)

Hi, sorry for the late reply. The testing images of MTs and F-actin are cell 2 and cell 4 in corresponding BioSR dataset, respectively, but with 90° rotation.
