Desired Behaviour

Re-style property panel to have a cleaner look.

Instead of:
panel

Perhaps:
panel2

Review collection of "complex" properties for potential usability improvements. E.g.

  • licenses
  • sources
  • foreign keys

- Make all data entry take 100% of panel width
- refine tooltips (replace #309, fixes #307)
- fix tooltip broken link
