Not working with Xcode 5.1

I saw the plug-in under that plug-ins folder, and restarted xcode like several times, also i replaced the plug-in again, none of them is working

I tried with Xcode5.1 and it works. Please update again, or clone the source and build it.

For me too its not working, Xcode Version 5.1 (5B130a)

Tried several methods to install using the package manager using a manual command to install and update as well. I see this plugin in the directory, but doesn't have any effect in Xcode.

Please let me know if any further information can help, I will try to provide if it can help.

May be this is due to plugins is not properly created due to some error. When I try to install through package manager it starts installing and again rolling back after reaching to some extent, but I see plugin file in plugin directory there.

But finally it worked after closing Xcode completely by Cmd + q and install plugin via following command

curl http://qfi.sh/XAlign/build/install.sh | sh

As far as I know the access permission may cause the failure sometimes.
