In the doc, 1.3 Setup Workstation, the URL for the plugin repository is still

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/QGEP/repository/master/plugins.xml

Where I think it should be

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/QGEP/qgepplugin/master/plugins.xml?qgis=3.3

With the latest release 1.4.0 QGEP plugin is now in the official repository as experimental plugin.
