Actually an optional angle property is available for all the labels in a database
Especially for city maps, it should be very useful to have another option that,
for each label, uses a value stored in a particular database field to specify the angle to use for that specific label.
See the attachment for an example.

this is already implemented. checkout the data-defined alignment tab.
