When using Node Tool while editing a shapefile, if I hover pointer over node and forget to select a node before pressing the delete key to delete the node, QGIS crashes. I noticed that this occurs only when I first start editing the shapefile. I have had the same thing happen on Windows XP and [[EasyPeasy]] Linux, both using using QGIS 1.4.0-Enceladus.
