Hi!
I have a problem with action OPEN which should open a file, based on filepath field . When I work in U.S. English language this simple action doesn't work but in Polish language it crashes QGIS. Please have a look on attachment where I've made small project. Chose a file in filepath field and try to open it (by defined OPEN action), when layer is not editable. On my computers (Windows XP, 7(64), 8(32,64) and Ubuntu 12.04), it makes an error and QGIS is crashes. But when layer is editable everything works fine (action opens a file). The same project in previous versions of QGIS works fine.
Let me know if I am doing something wrong or it's a bug in 2.4?
Regards

it seems it is ok on QGIS master on both Linux and Windows (I tested also Polish language).

Please reopen if necessary.
