Split all line features in line layer at specific distance, Distance was provided by the user.

if the split will be from begin or end of the line also decide by the user only.

The split lines with points tool is also much needed, but is less obvious than it seems (ex: with PostGIS you can do it, but points need to be snapped on the lines and then a vertex needs to be added where the point is snapped).
