Original Redmine Issue: 18901
Affected QGIS version: 3.1(master)
Redmine category:digitising
Assignee: Paul Blottiere

According to this fix:
#6750

Features "not visible" should not be available for snapping. This works for layer style but not for features hidden due to scale dependent visibility.

Still a valid issue, I'm still able to snap while the layer is hidden. QGIS 3.16.15 and 3.22.2.
