It would be helpful to get the EPSG code for an ellipsoid as acronyms and descriptions vary.
For instance, "evrst30" is not the original "Everest 1830" (EPSG:7042) ellipsoid definition defined in Indian Feet but rather the "Everest 1830 (1937 Adjustment)" (EPSG:7015)

This is fixed in the proj 6 based builds -- now we always use the auth:code identifiers for ellipsoids
