Original Redmine Issue: 19263
Affected QGIS version: 3.2
Redmine category:map_canvas

When I use eg. EPSG 3031 on my project, and add a 4326 point layer and enables labeling, things looks fine until I apply a rotation to the map, which shifts the labels severely off the points, see attachment. (Maybe related to #24796, but occurs in regular Map View.) Affects both QGIS 3.2 and 2.18.4.
