Add a warning to raster layer (on layer panel) when max value is estimated and not accurate #42847

When rescaling a raster, the new created raster is displayed with estimated max value which appears to be wrong output.

It would be nice to select maximum accuracy by default or at least to add a warning / symbol to tell user when max value is estimated only.
