Can Ncyc be used on eukaryotic genomes?

I have used this on my metagenomic data but also want a profile for the host. Is this tool usable on eukaryotic genomes?

I have tried but get very little results. I am however unsure if that is biological or the tool itself. Below are two runs on a termite and fungus respectively:
