I am junyao jiang, a graduate student from westlake university, I read your paper titled as "Developmental trajectory of prehematopoietic stem cell formation from endothelium" and met a problem. I want to train a deep learning model based on your pair scATAC-seq and scRNA-seq dataset. I'm wondering if you can provide me with your scATAC-seq cell type annotation information, and integration information of pair scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq data.
