Currently with selenium-java 3+ user need to provide selenium-support 3.0.0. Framework needs to support 3+ version of selenium-support library.

Fixing #175 removed support dependency for dynamic wait service.Created
c4cec37 
class DynamicWait that dosen't require selenium support library. So not
provided or any version of selenium-support library in class path should
not create issue.
