My question

I keep getting this error with my build and I am unsure of how to proceed. I tried linking directly to the IPA and also a ZIP with the IPA to the same error.

The link should be a direct link.
Meaning that when you click the link it should immediatelly start downloading.
With google drive for example it can be achieved by clicking download, going and clicking right click while the file is downloading and copy download link.
Try filebin or filelu. They will give you a direct link

On filelu for example you upload the ipa, you go to the link and after the first download it will give you a second one on which when you hover it will show a link with the filename on it. This link should be copied
