Need CDDA/BN dependency installation instructions for Linux, possibly other platforms #79

After downloading the Linux version there may be dependencies that need to be downloaded to get it to run. From CDDA COMPILING.md it lists the following dependencies for TILES builds:

  • sdl2
  • sdl2_image
  • sdl2_ttf
  • sdl2_mixer
  • freetype2

If these could be listed somewhere along with instructions for installation it would be helpful, and not require a loop of trying to open, getting a missing library error, installing, trying again until it works.
