Some tests are skipped in travis because they hang and we don't understand why. See discussion on #489 for more info.

I would like to at least know why these tests hang before releasing, to ensure that things don't break for people.

We have an open issue for skipping these (#509), and peoples' PRs are failing
(and the build is failing) because of them. We should just ignore these tests
until someone actually fixes them.

I'm removing the release-blocker tag on this for now, as lots of folks have been running xcffib-based branches, and this mostly seem to be okay. We definitely need to investigate, but at this point I'm going with "release early and often" rather than a perfect release :)
