Add Broward County Transit stops

Since the Sun Trolley uses BCT stops, add in the Broward County Transit stops along the shapes. This is a big item and may be split into different tasks since there are many routes.
You'll need to import the stops.txt file from the BCT Google GTFS zip file into CartoDB then zoom in to see which stops intersects with each route's shape.
