This will be a major project. The Sun Trolley website already returns a PHP page with GPS locations of the trolleys and we can just extract the locations from the source code.

From this, we need to create a Vehicle Positions feed. A Trip Updates feed will be needed eventually, but we don't know how to generate data for this yet.
