比较需要的是每天几点钟定时抓取一次...如果能有周和月就更好了

增加了更为强大的订阅时间设置 #27
和Linux crontab格式兼容，但要将空格替换为下划线‘_’
注意：升级到此版本可能不兼容之前版本的订阅设置，需要你删除 rss.json 文件，重新添加。
