Can we remove Python 3.7 support since it's EOL is in a week? |
Fine with me, but I guess this needs a bit more discussion. The problem appears to be in a broken Python 3.7.17 in GitHub runner image for MacOS. |

Python 3.7.17 binary on MacOS seems to be binary incompatible with
pandas-1.3.5, the last pandas release supporting Python 3.7.
Addresses #6147
