Der Zeitpunkt des Anschlusses (und/oder Sanierung?) soll festgelegt werden können. Diese Einstellung soll im Workshop "verhandelbar" sein, d.h. es soll ermittelt werden, unter welchen Umständen sich die Teilnehmenden für ein Anschlussszenario entscheiden würden.

  • Anschlusszeiträume definieren
  • Zeitpunkt via Frontend auswählbar → hinterlege Anschlusszeitpunkt in buildings_clusters.csv
  • feature im TREND-Modell einbauen: force agents to connect at date X

Kleiner Push (s. TODO oben): Die Funktionsweise ansich ist vorhanden; die Auswahlmöglichkeit am Frontend nicht, richtig?
