Web Console autocomplete duplicates

This is intermittent and I cannot figure out the conditions to trigger it for reproduction.

However, it does!

Try to create a full SQL statement.

Then remove it.

Then try a new line.

And see if it creates duplicates.

Once duplicates start, the condition persists for a time until a refresh will remove it.

No browser console errors.
