I assume you mean `raylib` itself. It does look like it involves a manual calling of `make` after the dependencies have been installed. Maybe there will be an easier way in the future. https://github.com/raysan5/raylib/wiki/Working-on-GNU-Linux

There's also ready-made raylib package in Guix, which could be installed on top of Debian. Perhaps this deserves another spin?
