Yes, quilt config will let you point the Quilt compiler at a self-hosted registry. Just enter the URL of the registry server. E.g., you can run a test registry with docker-compose. Run docker-compose up in the registry folder. Then, point your compiler to it by running: quilt config and entering http://localhost:5000.
Perhaps I missed it but is there/will there be functionality for pushing and installing from self-hosted private data registries?
