How do I install this?

1. download the packaged extention from THE RELEASES TAB
2. navigate to chrome://extensions/ you can also find this by clicking the ... settings menu > more tools > extensions
3. turn developer mode on there should be a toggle in the upper right-hand corner
4. drag and drop the .crx file into the middle of the window
5. click install on the window that pops up

How do I use this?

its easy! just click the extension, select a color, and click save
