error with comp2560

I appriciate you share your code, when i run your demo.m i got an error which is Unable to read file './data/CY/CNN_Deep_13_graphical_model.mat'. No such file or

Looks like I was using git-annex to store big files like CNN_Deep_13_graphical_model.mat, so they all appear as symlinks in a fresh git checkout. Instead of messing around with git-annex, I've zipped up all the files manually and put them here: http://users.cecs.anu.edu.au/~u5568237/comp2560/matlab-dir.zip.

That archive contains the content of my project/matlab directory, including all the missing files in project/matlab/data/CY, etc. Note that there's also an old installation of Caffe in there (project/matlab/CY/external/caffe, IIRC) which you'll probably want to get rid of.
