The @include tag does not process line breaks correctly, at least when it is specified at the beginning of a file. For instance, the File A.r
@include
A.r
#' @include B.r #' C.r NULL # code...
will result in a collate order 'B.r', 'A.r', 'C.r'.
'B.r', 'A.r', 'C.r'
If we remove the line break
#' @include B.r C.r NULL # code...
we get the correct collate order 'B.r', 'C.r', 'A.r'.
'B.r', 'C.r', 'A.r'
