I can't run the live demo, and have some questions about LIVE_DEMO.md. #7

I could not grasp the meaning of the third instruction in LIVE_DEMO.md.
I have two questions.

Does "Compile the native module for the live prediction code." mean to compile live_cython.pyx with setup.py?
What .md file does "the corresponding README.md" in "More info is in the corresponding README.md." refer to?
