Build stage1 need extended help

Do what it tells you. Install unzip, rsync, and bc.

I am following online instructions for that, but it is saying I am not in the sudoers file(I created a user since you can't run makepkg as root)

Can I just copy the output from build_stage1 in ubuntu and transfer it over?

Also, couldn't I make it so when I need an arch specific thing, I move it to arch, but if I need a non-arch thing, move it back to ubuntu?
