This PR adds a basic Qucs-RFLayout integration. The following things are implemented.

  • The RFLayout tool could be launched from Tools menu in GUI mode. The schematic, netlist, and output directory are substituted automatically.
  • The location of RFLayout tool could be configured in File->Application settings on Locations tab
  • No old Qucs installation is needed. The netlist is generated by means of Qucs-S

@thomaslepoix You are welcome to test it and post feedback. I am planning to include this integration in the next release.
