dicebot/testdata/DiceBot.txtを読み込み、含まれているテストデータを使用してテストを行う。

データファイルを使用したダイスボットのテストを実装する

5e715ee で実装完了。Ruby版と同様のテストデータファイルと最小限のGoコードで、ダイスボットのテストを実行できるようになった。
