Clicking on the link for Win64 binaries (as I was asked to do in issue #12795) should fetch a file
404 Not found
Navigate to https://rada.re/r/down.html Click on Win64 binaries. You get a 404 The most recent version I was able to find is found on the beta website (http://beta.rada.re/en/latest/downloads.html). It is the one listed in the r2 -v output above.

You get a 404
