Summary
In light of the Rails 7.0 release, which came with a new bootscreen, this updates the Getting Started section of Rails' Readme to keep the documentation consistent.
Other Information
I chose the term "bootscreen" intentionally to keep wording in line with the new Rails demo video at https://rubyonrails.org.
