Some pages are generated always:

language.html
routine-method.html
routine-operator.html
routine-sub.html
routine-submethod.html
routine-term.html
routine-trait.html
routine.html

Can't they be cached, or simply checked for changes?

'language.html' is only regenerated when there's a change to a language-related document. I will see what can be done with the others.
