Really perl6/doc should be refactored upstream but after looking at it I'm not keen on doing that.

The only bits needed in R* are the .pod6 and p6doc scripts. I'm tempted to move the latter into a new repo and add the entire original perl6/doc as a git submodule. An alternative would be to patch the META6.json or use zef to install a different one.

This issue seems rather old, and I don't have any issues with the current rakudoc module. If there are problems being caused for users, feel free to reopen this issue.
