AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'IsShown' #2

Attempting to use a tab-delimited file instead of a biom file and I receive the error AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'IsShown'.

Running the .exe on Windows 10.

Please help. It would also be nice to see the format the tab-delimited file should be in.
