Remove Rancher OS AMI link from EC2 provisioning UI #4833

Issue description:
The RancherOS AMI list link should be removed when provisioning EC2 nodes. RancherOS is no longer supported.

Business impact:
Customers may get confused about why this link it on the UI yet we no longer support Rancher OS

Repro steps:

Provision an AWS EC2 cluster
Add a Node Template

Docker version: 20.10

Downstream cluster type: AWS EC2

Tested this issue with the following steps

Rancher OS AMI link from EC2 provisioning UI has been removed successfully
