ci/ui: test the new elemental ui extension updated to work with rancher 2.9

1.3.1-rc7is ready to test and it should be visible only in Rancher 2.9

This morning, we pushed operator 1.5.3 into the marketplace rancher/charts#4200
Waiting the sync to be able to use automated tests, I'm doing some manuals tests.
The stack is:

• rancher 2.9-head
• operator 1.5.3 from the marketplace (branch dev-2.9 of rancher-chart)
• elemental ui extension 1.3.1-rc7

All good regarding the installation but regarding the UI extension, we can install older version and that's an issue because they are not compatible with rancher 2.9 => rancher/dashboard#11416

• Create machine registration
• Build ISO using OS version 2.0.4
• Boot 3 nodes and create a cluster:
  • k3s 1.30.2 ✅ 1.29.6 ✅
  • rke2 1.30.2 :✅ 1.29.6 ✅
• Reset the nodes by deleting the cluster
  Raw images not available yet
• Deploy an application

But all good for rancher 2.9.0-alpha7 validation.
