Hi! When I build the iso file on MacOS (without any modifications, just cloned the repo and ran make), it initially works to run the live environment, but when I try to install it on the disk through os-config, I get the error unknown filesystem type 'hfsplus'. This is when it tries to mount the K3OS iso into /run/k3os/iso during the installation process.
Is this because I made the USB on MacOS?
I used dd bs=4m if=dist/artifacts/k3os-amd64.iso of=/dev/disk3 for example.
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
Had the same issue with an OSX usb formatted with dd as well. My solution is a bit random but works. Just remove the usb after logging in (after booting from it) and then run os-config. The install process will then just download the required file/s. Doesn't fix the issue of course but is a valid workaround if you have internets and want to play around.
