An integration of ranchervm web gui with rancher web gui would be great.
Is an integration planned?

Use create, delete, start, stop and console ranchervm features inside of rancher web gui? For example as an additional tab "virtual machines". rancher should use container machine name instead of a random generated name.

Right now there's no plan to do a deep integration between Rancher and RancherVM web UI. We'll consider it depending on user interest.

Will the ranchervm web gui improved with additional features (networking, routing? multiple vms in a own subnet?).

I like the way to use RancherOS with containers and vms.

I think RancherVM UI will stay relatively simple as a reference. Over time Rancher networking will get more sophisticated and we'll be able to leverage that to run RancherVM.

RancherVM UI is simple, but works fine. So it's ok :)

Over time Rancher networking will get more sophisticated and we'll be able to leverage that to run RancherVM.
I hope some network improvements will be added in the (near) future, because some MVs could need dedicated network cards (bridged to a second host interface or VLANs for example).
