If beatlist does not work:

Method 1

  1. Uninstall beatlist.
  2. Paste %APPDATA%\..\Local\Programs\ in the address bar of Windows Explorer and press the Enter key.
  3. If you still have the beatlist directory (this is the beatlist installation directory), delete it.
    • Remove only the beatlist directory. If you have any other directories, please be careful not to delete them.
  4. Run beatlist.Setup.1.x.x.exe to install it again.

Method 2

If you have tried the steps in Method 1 and are still having trouble, please follow the steps below.

  • This procedure will delete the settings in the Settings screen and the cache information retrieved from beatsaver.com.
  • This does not affect the songs and playlists that have already been downloaded to BeatSaber.
  1. Uninstall beatlist.
  2. Paste %APPDATA%\..\Roaming in the address bar of Windows Explorer and press the Enter key.
  3. If there is a beatlist directory (where the information you entered in the [Settings] screen and cache information are stored), delete it.
    • Remove only the beatlist directory. If you have any other directories, please be careful not to delete them.
  4. Run beatlist.Setup.1.x.x.exe to install it again.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the settings.

If beatlist starts but does not proceed with the black screen after installing the software:

  • I've only encountered this once, so I'm not sure what the cause is, but it may open up if you force quit and reboot.
  • If it still doesn't work, please try method 1 and 2 above.
