r682 with MegapirateNG 3.0.1-R2 looping resets after take off

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. MPNG 3.0.1-R2 with minimosd-extra r682
2.Take off
3.resets

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No resets

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r682

Please provide any additional information below.
This is the first time I try this setup, it could be MegapirateNG 3.0.1  which 
is new but another user has reported the same problem, even if MPNG does 
something wrong it shouldn't cause resets.

Is there a way I can help debug? the problem is, this only happens a few 
seconds after takeoff.

Checked with r621 and r609 and this doesn't happen the resets are only on r682. 
didn't check r682 on my APM Arducopter with almost the same configuration as 
the MPNG
