Any tips on how to get this to work? Or is it not functional yet??

you need cargo for this. look at rust-lang.org for more information. however this is only the library for the new keepassc, it has no password manager functionality, yet. moreover it is not done, at the moment, only parsing is implemented. i have not much free time due to a new job, so it can last until keepassc2 is done.
