Global: Reduce space at top of all screens

There's a significant space at the top of every screen.

Is there a reason that's there?

Expected behavior

Screen content sits flush/with reasonable padding to the top of the screen

Actual behavior

Based on my evaluation and test it appears this is an issue that doesn't affect the latest app Kodeco version 2.0.0, the report was made using a much earlier version.

Tested on

1. Pixel 3A (API 31) Android version 12
2. Samsung Galaxy A53 version 13
