I would like the option to handle logins from accounts like Github, Twitter or Google that are associated with an account. This allows me to login to my account using, for example, Google logins.
From what I understand, you would want these authenticators to be linked to an account created with one of the existing authenticators, right? It would not be possible to login to CASino with solely a GitHub account, it needs to be linked to an other account such as an LDAP account?
That is right. This wouldn't allow multiple accounts from the same person to be created. It would be linked to one account -- whatever it may be. The cas address would be a canonical one rather than one defined by the additional authenticators.
For example:
Katrina is a game developer. She authenticates to casino using her Google account, but it is actually authenticating her LDAP account. Casino then sends her to Gitlab where she can edit her git repo.

How would you create an adapter for Google accounts?
